How are your products made?

All of my products are made by hand in my home studio in Surrey. My ingredients are ethically sourced, organic wherever possible and cold pressed to ensure the highest quality. Using only plant based oils means that every product is 100% natural. All products have been safety assessed and certified for sale in the UK.

How do I use oils?

Each product page contains details of how to use each oil but if you are new to oils, here are some ways that you can incorporate oils into your routine:
~ add to or use in place of your usual moisturiser
~ use in the bath to sooth your mind and soften your skin
~ use as a hair mask, or in place of conditioner

What is the shelf life of your products?

As each product contain no water, it is likely that they will last for 6 - 12 months once opened. I put a shelf life of 6 months on each product card so you can enjoy each product while it is at its freshest. I use amber glass bottles to keep the ingredients fresh and recommend that you store your products in a cool, dry place.

What is your delivery policy?

I aim to send all orders within 3 working days via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Postage costs £3.00 per order or I offer free postage for orders over £40. I am only able to post within the United Kingdom.

What is your returns policy?
